A:  Yes, CHE will provide everything electrically. We provide the pad mount standby generator, transfer switch or panel, main power and communication wires.

A: Yes, CHE if needed will provide a concrete pad. CHE sub-contracts the natural gas line connection to the generator to an authorized HVAC contractor

A: Yes and No. CHE will provide a surface-mount LED light fixture for closets, storage rooms, utility rooms, and garages. All other required light fixtures are to be provided by the customer.

A: As a networking specialist certified by Control 4, our main goal is to keep everything within your house hardwired onto your main network. This means that if you have a desk or a tv location, we provide multiple network connections. We also provide a connection for a full home WiFi unit on the second floor ceiling.  

A: We work with the homeowner to get an idea of how secure they would like to make their homes. We provide a hardwired system for new build projects on all windows, doors, and motions. The customer can than choose to add glass-brakes, Smoke/CO/Heat detectors, flood detectors, and outdoor sirens if requested.

A: No. Simply because we provide a manufacture warranty on all product that we install. With us knowing the product we provide and install, we can offer a smooth and quick job completion.
